Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial so you can set things up and take real bookings before you commit. You can cancel anytime during the trial.

Just a device with an internet connection — a computer, tablet or phone. Foxera is cloud-based and runs in any modern browser, and there's a mobile app for managing things on the go.

Yes. You can import an existing client list and invite those clients, so you don't lose the relationships you've already built when you switch.

Yes. Your booking page works around the clock and only shows slots you can actually service, based on staff availability and how long each service takes — so there are no double-bookings.

It does. When an appointment is created, Foxera checks for clashes with the staff member's existing bookings (including processing and padding time) and warns you before anything overlaps.

Yes. Bookings can repeat weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or every six weeks up to an end date — handy for regular clients who come in on a schedule.

Absolutely. You can book walk-ins without a client profile, and the calendar lets you view and manage appointments by day and by staff member, including rescheduling and status changes.

There are three plans — Basic at $29/month, Standard at $79/month and Premium at $149/month (AUD). It's a flat monthly fee per business, with an optional ~20% discount if you pay yearly. See the Pricing page for what's included in each.

Yes. Checkout and card payments are built in via Stripe, so you can take payment at the counter and keep your sales and appointments together.

Yes. Foxera automatically sends booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation and reschedule notices. Email reminders are included on every plan; SMS reminders are available from the Standard plan up.

That's exactly what they're for. A confirmation when the booking is made plus a reminder a day or two before gives clients the nudge they need and an easy way to reschedule rather than simply not turning up.

Yes. Each client has a profile with their booking history and details, so you can see who's due back, who's gone quiet, and personalise their experience.

Client reviews are available from the Standard plan, so happy clients can build your reputation and help bring in new bookings.

Yes — staff scheduling, rosters and work hours are built in from the Standard plan, so the whole team can see when they're working.

Foxera includes PIN-based kiosk clock-in and clock-out, which feeds accurate timesheets without manual paperwork.

Staff commissions and targets are available on the Premium plan, giving your strongest performers something clear to aim for.

Basic is for a single operator, Standard supports up to eight staff, and Premium is unlimited — so the platform grows with your team.

Yes. Stock and inventory — products, suppliers and purchase orders — is included from the Standard plan, so you can track what you hold and what you sell.

From the Standard plan you get email marketing campaigns and gift cards, plus reminders across all plans. SMS campaigns and richer tools build on that as you move up the tiers.

Yes. Multi-location management with location-scoped managers and staff is included on Premium (and available as a per-location add-on on Standard), with reporting broken down per site.

Yes — deliberately. The plans are limited to functionality that's genuinely built and working today, so there are no surprise costs or features that don't quite do what you expected.
